On February 22nd, the Mount Vernon Council of Citizens Associations
(MVCCA or Council) approved the P&Z Transit Center Resolution that opposes a transit center at Richmond Highway &
Fordson Road. Two documents provided by Gum Springs were used to support the resolution. A transit center at Richmond
Highway & Fordson Road is not in conformance of the Comprehensive Plan.
