New by-laws were approved during the June 13, 2012 Civic Association meeting.
A major change is that the meeting day changed from the 2nd Wednesday to the 2nd Tuesday. The first Civic Association meeting
that will be governed under the new bylaws will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2012.
