All residents of Gum Springs are automatically members of the Civic Association.  However, in order to vote, you must pay annual dues of $5.00 per person.  Residents are encouraged to pay the requested dues.  The dues are used to cover operating expenses such as maintaining the website and distributing notices within the community.  Please pay your dues to show support of the Civic Association.  You may pay your dues either by mail or in person by attending a meeting.  Payment of your dues would be greatly appreciated.
